Yay, Heroes!
The Eclipse part 2
I loved the Haitian saving the day and Peter not failing so miserably. Nathan getting the Power to Do Good Gleam TM in his eye was not surprising and fits his character very well, imo.
Wow, Mohinder beat the crap out of Flint. If Meredith ever finds out, Mohinder is so dead. I did enjoy the line about Mohinder thinking that Flint really was that dumb. I lol'd quite a bit over that one.
I was pretty surprised that the end of the eclipse caused Mohinder to go buggy again (IDK why, but then, I'm not the sharpest knife in the drawer). Of all of the characters' storylines this season, I'm really curious to see how they wrap up the bug-man scenario. There are only two episodes left for this volume, and I'm hoping it's resolved before we break until February.
Matt and Daphne seemed to have more chemistry tonight - probably because they weren't making big declarations of lurve. I love Matt when he's on a case (and lol, I wonder if he ever worries about his job in NYC from which he's AWOL?), and it's great that he's working with Ando and sort-of Hiro.
Okay, how cool was it that the comic shop guys knew all about Isaac Mendez and that there's a legend about him told in the halls of comic conventions? I loved that the writers were able to reference Isaac giving the messenger dude his sketch book in Season 1. Fanboys giving funny exposition ftw!
Let's see... Claire was Claire, and it was nice to see Sandra. Where's Lyle while his sister is dying? Hopefully he's been staying over the house of a non-crazy friend, playing video games and training Mr. Muggles to be an attack doggie. >: )
I understand why HRG went off to do what he did, but seriously? He stood and watched through his gun scope while Sylar and Elle got it on? Wow. Just, wow. I always figured HRG for a sadist, but not a perv.
Story-wise, the only way that Elle could die was by Sylar's hand, so I'm not too upset about that. I'm sure that there will be tons of people who will be thrilled to see the return of sociopath!Sylar, and I have to say that I'm interested in seeing where they take his character in the coming episodes. Also... Sylar not being a Petrelli would be cool, too. There's no one you can trust, Sylar! It's best to go back to relying on just one person - you. >: )
I'm curious, though: by cutting open Elle's head, what other secrets was he hoping to gain? He already had her power, so... Hmmm. LOL, the empathy thing sure didn't last too long, either, now did it. Heh.
And I'm glad that next episode brings into play the Marines that Tracy was sent to retrieve in last week's episode. Building a super-powered army that Nathan eventually takes over would be an awesome segue into the next volume. >: )
Hmm, "absolute power corrupts absolutely?" How very Marvel of you, Heroes! Heh, actually, DC probably had similar concepts/lines, but I'll always be a Marvel fangirl, through and through. :D

I really love Matt and Daphne together but felt it was kind of rushed in the beginning, so it's nice to see things slow down a bit between them. Also, I can't wait for Hiro to get his memories back and sees Matt because the only time he met him was in Five Years Gone. XD
I literally squeed when Sam started to talk about the messenger boy in season one. I loved the fact he said that the only time Claire and Hiro ever met was when HRG was getting baby!Claire. Hee!
Lyle and Mr. Muggles are totes planning to take over the world. >:)

I flailed.
I think Sylar wanted to look through her memories or something like that. IDK.

That was a great nod to the fans who remember Season 1. It also reminded me of geeking out over comics with my cousins, which is definitely made of win.
There was a lot in this episode to be excited about, wasn't there? I can't believe we only have two more episodes left!

Too bad some people are so caught up with some of the inconsistencies of the show that they don't notice these things. -__-
There was so much to rejoice over. Just Mohinder hitting Flint with the microscope would have been enough for me. <3 Me neither. I don't want a month and a half month wait for Fugitives! ;___;

I always figured HRG for a sadist, but not a perv.
Really? He's absolutely cold blooded when it comes to taking care of business, but I never got the feeling he particularly enjoyed it.
Also... Sylar not being a Petrelli would be cool, too.
Agreed. I like him as a Petrelli, but I think it would be interesting if that turned out to be a lie.

YYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!
