So I just turned down a job today. (what?! Beggar's can't be choosers!) I'm sorry, but I didn't go to college for four and a half years just to make 17k with no benefits. ::sigh::

There is one job that I'm really holding out for that I applied to yesterday, but I don't want to say anything about it so as not to jinx it. I'm generally not superstitious (though the Revs did lose each time I didn't wear my soccer roller ball bands... hmmm), but it's one of those things that makes a person feel like they have some control in their lives, I guess.

Meanwhile, when I'm generally feeling down, I like to watch this video clip. Keep your eye on the bouncing ball, now... it's sick how they're so smooth, yo. And, check out the new soccer ads by Nike if you haven't had the chance. Yay, marketing for soccer. Now if I could just get other people I know into it, we could have a real party come September 3rd and for the World Cup games. Ah, pipe dreams.

Anyway, I'm for the park now. Can't let all of this beautiful weather go to waste.

ETA: Whoops, didn't go to the park as I've just heard about the job I want. Yay, Wyoming! I might just see you soon!
