Midnight already?

Awwww, crap. I did it again.

ETA: Also! How am I supposed to sleep when every time I drift off, I roll onto my arm where I got my flu shot yesterday? Dammit! I had no idea that something so small would be so annoying. Flu shots are the paper cuts of the injection world, Y/N?

So, autumn just sort of snuck up on me. Last night it got down to 32^oF (0^oC), and if there's one thing I can't stand, it's being cold. But, unfortunately, we're not going to turn the heat on until November or so (my family is stressing out about how we're going to afford it this year, just like so many other people). Instead, we've got to put on the extra jackets and think warm thoughts. My previous journal layout, while bright and sunny, was also very, very blue, so warm colors it is now. Hey, every little bit helps, right?

ps - I hate being cold so much, so expect a lot of complaints in this journal for the next six months. :(

Ah, Monday.

It's as though the day just can't begin until I've gone to the gym, had dinner, and watched Heroes. My day so far has just been one long, extended morning.

To kill some time, ( here's a quiz I nabbed from fernwithy that determines what American accent you have - it got mine dead on. I never realized I actually had an accent other than standard American-that-you'd-hear-on-television, but apparently I do )

I was going to post more, but I'm thinking that all that's going to come out is nonsense. I can never think straight on Mondays. I should go read some fic that I've seen posted for months. I struggle with giving insightful feedback, though. Usually all I come up with is "Wow, I really liked that! This is awesome! :D :D :D". But I'm going to try. : )
