happiness squared

I adopted another betta fish today - I've named him Ptolemy. :^) It's such a lovely feeling being able to free them from the filthy little cups bettas are kept in while waiting to be bought. Had I the space, I would probably have a few fish per room - beautiful glass bowls would be everywhere. Happily for Dodger, whom I've had for two years now, he was the only fish I had to dote on. But because they are kept in different rooms, he'll be none the wiser. :^)

Also, the Phillies won after 10 innings. What's not to love today? :^D
